The Luxe Military look was seen all over the Autumn Winter 2014 catwalks way back in February, but now we’ve arrived in Autumn, we can finally start wearing it! Here at Foundation we have taken a little inspiration from many of the designers seen above, including Preen, Isabel Marant, AF Vandervorst, Lanvin to name a few, who fell in love with this Military style this season, and we are fully embracing it in our own fashion edit, taken from our large selection of Autumn Winter clothing, called Military Rules!
To achieve this luxe look this season, we’ll be teaming crisp cotton shirts with thick chunky knits layered over skinny jeans and long leather boots. We will be layering boyfriend fit silk shirts over leather trousers or skirts and adding touches of camouflage print into our outfits too add alittle fun to a look. Our Military inspired coats this season are the perfect way to make a nod to this trend, either go for all out padded fur trim luxe or go for strict tailored and sophisticated.
The Military look for Autumn Winter is all about wearing those gorgeous khaki, brown and grey tones and mixing with leather and silk for a luxe take on this iconic style.
